All pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Made in Freshwater reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Ordering / Paying
Orders can be placed through our secure website anytime and paid directly through our payment system. Payment will need to be made before the order can be completed.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item within 14 days of your purchase if you find your purchased item is faulty.  We will not exchange items that have been rendered faulty due to misuse of the product.

As products are handmade, each one has its own variations and is slightly different. The surface of some products including polished cement items has been designed to look very natural and unique, this is not considered a fault.
